This 4 page paper or is based on a case study supplied by the student. Written in the style of executive summary, the report looks at the way in which the fictitious company, Euronics, can reduce the costs associated with the central stores functions. The potential of reducing costs and retaining of functions in-house as well as the potential outsourcing are both discussed, looking at the way each different strategy may be utilized to reduce costs.
